ELLE Decor magazine has dedicated a feature story to Jardines de Alfàbia, in Bunyola, highlighting them as one of Mallorca’s most important and lesser-known historic gardens. The publication showcases the estate’s more than eight centuries of history, its Islamic heritage, and its extraordinary botanical wealth, featuring unique elements like the water-feature pergola or the tropical garden with its lily pond.
The article also recalls Alfàbia’s historical connection with the Royal Family: back in 1860, Queen Isabella II visited the estate, giving name to the well-known “Jardinet de la Reina,” and in the summer of 2023, King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor, and Infanta Sofía chose it for their traditional summer photo session during the royal family’s vacation on the island.
